Who we are
MesozoicMind.com is a fan site for the song “Mesozoic Mind” and the 1987 video Dinosaurs! A Fun-Filled Trip Back in Time! It’s run by Paul Martin as a hobby. If you have any questions about this policy, use the Contact page or e-mail [email protected].
What we collect
You can browse the entire site without telling us anything about yourself.
If you use the Contact or Share Your Story forms, they send us what you type (your name, your e-mail address, your message or story, and, if you give it, where you’re from) along with your IP address, which helps us spot spam. That message goes to our inbox and is used only to read and reply to you. If you send us a story or a fan creation and say it’s OK to share, we may post it on the site with the name you gave us.
Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs (IP addresses, the pages requested, browser type and the time of each visit) to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses or any other information to anyone. Period.
Cookies and other sites’ services
MesozoicMind.com doesn’t set any cookies of its own. Some features on the site come from other companies, and those companies may set cookies or collect information when you use them:
- YouTube (videos). Videos on the site show a thumbnail image from YouTube, and the YouTube player only loads (in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode) when you click play. Playing a video is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
MesozoicMind.com doesn’t show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The site will still work, though some of these features may not.

Some links on the site, such as the Amazon links on the Movies page and links to our Zazzle store, are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, MesozoicMind.com earns from qualifying purchases. Pictures of our Zazzle products are loaded from Zazzle’s servers.
Kids
MesozoicMind.com is a family-friendly site, but it isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you’re under 13, please ask a parent before using the Contact or Share Your Story forms. Parents who believe their child has sent us personal information can contact us and we’ll delete it.
